To make this large memory patchwork cushion it would need;

10 Items - If Baby Items

5 Items - If Children's Items

2,3,4 or 5 Items - If Adults Items.

These will need to be washed and in a clean and good condition.

The above will then give you a cushion of 18 x 18".
